I try to cook most of our meals. I need healthy recipes that only involve a few ingredients and steps, and that don't create a ton of dirty dishes in the process. This cookbook has lots of simple but creative recipes that meet these standards! There are beautiful photos, and it is organized alphabetically by the featured ingredient making it easy to find the recipe you are looking for. I also appreciate that almost all the recipes are complete lunch or dinner ideas, which makes meal planning a little easier.

This had all my favorites to cook at home thanks for making it for kindle. Excellent Resource for "what's for dinner? Solid, delicious recipes that aren't difficult to prepare or require hard to find ingredients. Pictures would have been a nice addition.

Many, many good eats! Think about the average cookbook on your shelves: how many recipes in it have the stains and annotations that indicate regular use? We have books we keep around for only one or two recipes that make it to our table on a regular basis.

This book is the most-used cookbook on my shelf and I've had it a week. Most cookbooks have sections you just don't use, because you just don't need that kind of recipe. I've tried, so far, the chicken cordon bleu sliders which my husband ate nearly all of pork medallions in creamy wine sauce drink the sauce with a spoon crispy breaded fish with sriracha aioli good stuff creamy balsamic skillet chicken oh.
No shame for licking the cake pan, either. I also have made the cajun potatoes and the green beans, both grand. And that's only about a third of the recipes my family wants to try in the book. This book has a very wide range of people who would like it. Bought a slow cooker and started trying out recipes.
I had to so some substitution since I don't use a lot of canned stuff or highly processed foods. While I have lots more to try, so far so good. All of the recipes appear to be easy to prepare with your children.
I love that Debbie included recipes for the homemade sauces. Some of the recipes that call for a homemade sauce does not indicate the quantity.
